Zhejiang Jingrui Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., established in May 2020, is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the production of silicon materials and third-generation semiconductor materials.
The products mainly include epitaxy on polished silicon wafer, buried layer epitaxy in device process, and epitaxy in power device cool MOS. It is mainly engaged in the R & D and manufacturing of 8-12 inch high-performance silicon epitaxial wafers. Minde Electronics (Code: 300656), a GEM listed company, shares in the company. Its planned production capacity is 8-inch 3.6 million wafers and 12 inch 1.2 million wafers per year. The annual output value of the first phase is 900 million yuan after it is put into production. The founding team is led by Mr. Zhang Feng, Ph.D. of material physics, Shanghai Institute of metallurgy, Chinese Academy of Sciences Technical research and development, quality management experience and management ability, and has undertaken several major projects.
